How we do business

We do not offer, pay, request or accept bribes or facilitation payments, directly or through third parties. We operate in line with the UK Bribery Act 2010 and expect the same of our suppliers, agents and customers.

Customers, end users, suppliers and destinations are screened against applicable sanctions lists, including UK and UN lists, before we proceed. Goods are checked for export-control classification and licensed where required.

We verify the identity, ownership and beneficial owners of every counterparty, the source of funds for each transaction, and the intended end use of the equipment.

We will not knowingly work with any business that uses forced, bonded or child labour. We ask suppliers to confirm their compliance with the Modern Slavery Act 2015 or equivalent standards.

We consider environmental and social impacts when assessing a transaction, and support the standards that lenders and export credit agencies apply to the projects they finance.
